Construction Supervisor
Northfield Construction is seeking an experienced and highly motivated construction supervisor to join our team. Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of construction experience with an engineering background preferred.
Daily tasks require direct interaction with crews, both directly hired employees and subcontractors along with having a detailed knowledge of layout, carpentry, masonry and concrete work for this position. Coordination and oversite of all subcontractors and a working understanding of finish trades, mechanical and electrical work is needed. Organization and motivational skills with the ability to maintain jobsite harmony on multiple projects simultaneously will be a critical component of the position.
This position requires the candidate to work with project managers and report directly to the owner of Northfield Construction.
